To maintain the highest quality standards and ensure consistency across all products, KountryGal Kraftn does not accept customer-provided materials for production.

Policy Details:

  • All items used for customization (shirts, fabrics, blanks, etc.) must be purchased directly through KountryGal Kraftn.
  • We carefully source our materials to ensure they meet our quality, durability, and printing standards.
  • Customer-provided items may vary in material, composition, or condition, which can affect the final result. For this reason, outside materials are not permitted.

Why This Policy Is In Place:

  • Ensures high-quality, long-lasting results
  • Prevents issues with incompatible fabrics or surfaces
  • Protects both the customer and the business from unsatisfactory outcomes
  • Allows us to guarantee our work

  • At this time, no exceptions will be made to this policy.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes insurance for added protection.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
